Rames is currently Director of Sales in International Markets (Offnet Market Sales) at Telefónica.
He has been General Director at Mina Software, Director of Professional Services for Public Administrations, Education and Health at Microsoft Ibérica and also CEO at SmartAccess, a startup specialized in digital identity and electronic signature acquired by ElevenPaths in 2014 where he has been in charge of Strategic Alliances and New Products.
In recent years he has been Chief Revenue Officer at Telefonica Tech and has participated in various organic transformation and growth processes of the global cybersecurity unit of the Telefónica group. He has solid experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and a broad business vision.
J. Eduardo is currently the President and Managing Partner of Embedded-Knowledge, Inc., a consulting firm in which he collaborates with organizations and entrepreneurs to bring them to self-sufficiency in designing their own business strategies and sustainable solutions for complex problems, such as cybersecurity leadership issues.
Previously, he has held various global sales & marketing and business development positions at Microsoft Corporation, PwC, and other global companies, including Regional Business Development and Practice Lead roles. He was the Chief Security Officer for Vesper/Bell Canada Brazil and EMBRAER S.A. Aerospace. He has 25+ years of experience as a software and services sales and business development executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and complex problem-solving.
J. Eduardo Several holds top-notch professional certifications, including security, privacy, and systems audit. Sought-after polyglot speaker, he has byline articles at Forbes, NetworkWorld, and is regularly interviewed by influential media outlets. He is the author of From Problem Solving to Solution Design: Turning Ideas into Actions, a book with fresh ideas, approaches, and case studies to share the best of the best practices, gleaned from years of working in intercultural corporate environments.
Enrico is founder and Managing Director of Addendum Capital, a VC fund that focuses in European early-stage, B2B enterprise, tech companies, in the space of cybersecurity, logistics, agrotech, social impact and medtech.
Previously he was founder and CEO of Spamina, a cloud-email security company and later, investor and executive board member of Hornetsecurity, acquired in 2020 by Providence PSG Growth fund.
He has 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity and in building B2B enterprise recurrent businesses.
Enrico holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Bologna, Italy, an MBA from IE Business School, Spain, and a post-degree from Cheung Kong University, China. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
Javier current role is Group’s IT & Data Risk Control Head as part of the 2nd line of defense at Banc Sabadell, 4th largest bank in Spain with subsidiaries in UK, US and Mexico, in charge of the oversight of IT implementation strategy and rest of the IT activities including, security, transformation, change-availability and continuity.
Javier’s relationship within IT Risk management started 17 years ago when he joined Deloitte as consultant of the IT IT & Data Risk Services department. During this time Javier has developed different roles, all related with IT & Data Risk, in several multinational companies and, recently, he has started his journey as business angel and advisor for technology-based startups. During 9 years at Deloitte, Javier performed dozens of IT audits and IT security projects across companies in multiple sectors leading the GRC practice at Barcelona’s office and developing the IT due diligence methodology for M&A.
He joined ADP (Automated Data Processing, inc.), a Fortune 500 company, as International Security Program Manager and also appointed as Head of the International Vendor Assurance Office (EMEA, LATAM and AsiaPac) ensuring vendors met ADP cybersecurity standards and managing the team conducting holistic vendor risk assessments in this regions.
In 2015, joined Banc Sabadell where, beyond the current role, has developed different roles including creation of the Vendor Risk Assurance Office building the Sabadell’s vendor oversight for IT risks, being liaison between the bank and Supervisors (ECB, Bank of Spain…) and rating agencies for IT & cybersecurity matters and leading the Data Office establishing the data governance model and also developing GRC solution (RSA Archer) roadmap for the bank.
Javier also holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, apart from several courses and certifications. He has also participated as speaker in IT related events such as Archer EMEA Summit and RSA Leaders Series podcasts.
